What does a girl like to do when she’s bored or upset? Answer: go shopping – with someone else’s credit card! I don’t know if Hilary Duff was upset with someone or just bored, but I do know she looks incredible well wearing black, and she likes shopping in the morning! Black always makes miracles, even with non celebrities people – like me, although I hope to become a celeb one day, and stop writing about others -! I am happy Hilary decided to show some more skin, as I always thought she is afraid of something!
