It seams that Paris Hilton is not appealing for her sentence anymore, as her lawyer has now officially filed a document with the court, abandoning her appeal of the sentence.

Paris lawyer informed her yesteday that she will be serving only 23 days in jail, as the Sherif agreed to reduce her sentence. Furthermore the Sherif also promised to give Paris a celebrity cell, to protect her from the other convicts!

This morning attorney Richard Hutton called the court and said that he and her client will not appeal the decision anymore.

Despite the fact that Hilton, 26, appeared late for her latest court date, her sentence was shortened by police officials on account of good behavior, Whitmore said....Like everyone else in the 2,200-inmate facility, Hilton will get at least an hour outside her cell each day to shower, watch television, participate in outdoor recreation or talk on the telephone, he said.

So Paris only gets half! On good behavior they say! What kind of justice is this? Being a celebrity and having tons of money the law will balance to favor you, but if you are just an ordinary man you will get full detention and no special treatment! Is there anything written there in the CONSTITUTION about this kind of situation?

The California Governor, Arnold Schawartzeneger said he will not help Paris pass her sentence since she is guilty and now we find out that she only gets half! Half today and half tomorrow and so on until she will skip jail for good! Nice trick Paris!
