UNDATED (AP) - Britney Spears knows her fans don't like what she's become and she's promising to change her ways in the new year.

Her manager Larry Rudolph tells U-S-A Today that Spears "knows exactly what she needs to do" to get over what she calls her "rocky moment."

He says she'll focus on her new album, which is about half finished. He predicts that Spears will be "at the top of the entertainment industry very soon." If so, her biggest unofficial fan Website won't be around to talk about it.

Ruben Garay says he's shutting down WorldOfBritney-dot-com on January 31st because of "the way she's portraying herself." And if that's not bad enough, members of the National League of Junior Cotillions voted Spears The Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2006, "for lowering the standards of morality and her negative influence on the behavior of young people."
