The full details of a Take That musical set to hit the West End later this year have been announced.
The stage show, entitled "Never Forget", is based on a
fictional Take That covers band and features stage versions of some of
their biggest hits.
Tickets for the opening run of the production, which will play at
theatres in Manchester, Cardiff, Stoke, Edinburgh, Glasgow and then
London, go on sale from Wednesday.
The producers behind "Never
Forget" hope to recreate the success and acclaim of West End shows such
as "Mamma Mia" and "We Will Rock You".
Tristan Baker from the
musical said: "We are the biggest fans of Take That's music and we are
so excited about the wonderful opportunity to create a new musical
based on the fantastic catalogue of their work.
"We look forward to creating a legacy with these well-loved songs in the way that shows such as 'Mamma Mia! have done before."
"Never Forget" has been written by former "Shameless" contributor Danny Brocklehurst.
